Thank you
for your interest to help with Newfoundland dog rescue efforts. You
may be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire which is designed to assess your suitability
for the different types of help that is needed for a rescued Newf--i.e.,
foster care, transport, grooming, etc. Your decision to assist
with rescuing Newfs should be based on a
desire to help a dog in need. We usually don’t have puppies and very seldom have dogs two years old or
younger. The average age of a
rescued Newf tends to be three to seven - occasionally even older.
Please answer all
questions as completely and truthfully as you can. You will not be rejected
on the
basis of your answers.
